This project was where we make a commercial about SSIS for kids to make them want to come to SSIS.

It was a bit difficult because of the time limit we were given and how many scenes we were required to fit in while trying to get the best of SSIS but i think it went rather well and i’ve learned how to make commercials better etc.

I’m proud of the short story i was asked to write in Mrs. Carrol’s class. It was to be 6 pages or less. We spent 3 days on editing our short stories with our peers and then after we finished editing we corrected the work and made a final draft of our short stories.

I got a A for my social studies map test. It was not easy but i worked hard while studying and managed to get a 45/46 on the test. The test is about the isles of Oceania and the islands all around it. We had to memorize the locations of all the islands and remember the capitals of every islands to score on the test. The test was hard for me because I’m not good with remembering names and things so i was nervous about the test but it turned out well in the end.

This second line art is more complex than the first one. I tried to apply variables to the script but failed so i decided to just start a long script to activate the sprite to move in the right coordinates.

I learned about cyberbullying is bad, it affect people feeling, and it can be spread really quick and hurst other people feelings. Cyberbullying is unexceptable everywhere even on the internet but some people choose not to listen to that. Cyberbullying should not be allowed and luckily there are web site admins on blogs, forums, facebook or my space that allow u to report abuse on the website. I strongly support the cause agaisnt cyber bullying.

This is an animation about variables and the Y and X axis. We used variables to create the lines in a orderly and quick matter.

This is the song that my class and me are currently working on in music. My teacher for some reason named the song after me because it was featuring the electric guitar in the song.

This is the outline for my essay about my winter holiday and what i did in Malaysia.

My Winter Holiday- PDL

I. The First and Second Day

A. The first day

1. We introduced ourselves to each other and made friends.

2. We moved into our rooms before lights out.

B. The second day

1. On this day we starting receiving work and hand outs to study and remember.

2. We were forced to stay up late and had no time to study for exams.

a. Teachers made us stay up to teach us discipline.

b. We went to bed at 1.am and studied till 2.am

II. The third and fourth

A. The third day

1. Toda

y we received several more hand outs and took more exams.

2. We stayed up late teaching the students who had failed the earlier exams.

B. The fourth day

1. Today we stopped receiving hand outs but still had exams.

2. We started to learn in different ways by first hand experiences.

III. The fifth day

A. In the morning

1. We started to burn all of our flaws and sins written down in paper as we ripped ir away from us.

2. We packed our bags preparing to leave.

B. In the late afternoon.

1. We all gave our final and closing speech to our families and friends.

2. We left to go back home.

IV. Conclusion

A. I thought the experience was really good but tiring and hard to go through.

B. My friends that took the course along with me were also physically and mentally weak by the end of the entire course.

C. It was worth it because now I’ve learned a lot from that course about how I should treat my family, friends and others around me, as well as improved my studies and organizations.

This week has been really good, because I’ve been doing good in most of my classes lately and have been passing in all my homework assignments. My ISA scores came back and i found them to be pleasing to me and my parents, most of my grades on the ISA test were above the average 7th grader. There were many quizzes this week however I think i did fairly well on all of them. I’m doing well in science class and struggling slightly in math class, hopefully i can raise my math grade before april. I’m doing well in both Language Arts and Social Studies because I’ve have been getting good grades on most of the quizzes. Im getting really good grades in ICT and Music . I’m still waiting for Week Without Walls to come, I can’t wait for it, I know its going to be fun and exciting, I only wish it was closer by.

This is a video of my first scratch animation in action. I learned you can make pictures move more life like by changing costumes with every small detail.

This week i have had a lot of quizzes and and tests on Thursday and Friday from both math and humanities lesson. I don’t like the fact that swimming has replaced our P.E time because i dislike swimming. The water in the pool is really really cold and i start shivering in seconds. I’ve learned how to make blogs and edit photos on the web in ICT sessions as well as how to use program applications such as scratch.

I’m doing better in mandarin class this week, i haven’t been missing any homework or getting in trouble. my

 parents were happy when i got back my report card a few days ago and this week they have been treating me nice because i had all my grade at A’s or B’s. At home i do all my homework as well as chat and play lots of games on my computer and some times i go out to hang out with friends.

I’m now practicing a lot of new songs in music period for this year as well as playing thes old songs we used to play the first year Mr. Morley started teaching us. After school i usually go out and hang out with my friends and things like that. this weekend I’ll be leaving to Malaysia for Tet holiday with my family as well as meeting some of my friends in Vietnam who go to ABC in Malaysia.
