Driver’s ED Summary

Summary of the book

The book Driver’s ED by Caroline B. Cooney is a book about con and facing up to something you did wrong. Remy Marland and Morgan Campbell are on there first date along with Nickie Budie. They were stealing signs from a dark intersection called cherry road. They stole the stop sign since Nicki wanted a stop sign for his door. About two weeks later, Denise Thompson, a mother of a two year old named Bobby, was struck in the side of her car by a garbage truck and she died. The reason she died was because there was no stop sign. The death of Denise Thompson has caused Remy and Morgan to debate on keeping their secret. Remy tells their driver’s ed teacher and then they both tell their parents. Mr.fielding the driver’s ed teacher feels like he failed in teaching. He thinks about how driver’s ed is the only class in the school that is a life or death course, you can ace English or fail chemistry, but you don’t risk your life. Remy and Morgan go and face Mr.Thompson to explain what has happened. As he opens the door for them, they start crying because they saw two stockings hanging in stead of three and then here pops up little Bobby saying “Hi” “How are you” “Merry Christmas”. Mr.Thompson is not willing to forgive them. Then Remy, Morgan, and their parents find out the hard way what love is and that is what kids just need it. Told alternately by Remy and Morgan, this story deals with their guilt over causing the death of a young mother.

This is a great blog and you should seriously think about building up this blog into a serious authority in this field, I’m sure you could definitely make a dollar or two from some ads. I would look into following recent news and raising the number of posts you make and I bet you’d start receiving some easy traffic soon. Just a thought, good luck regardless!

This is the first web blog I learn any details around this. Who needs to blow off time reading the long expired San Francisco Chronicle or N.Y. Times? Their large minded newspersons’ bias is much speculative than the previous “dead tree” media.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

  18.    Maria Bilotta Says:

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
