The Three Against Google

Google is making us stupid. I certainly agree upon this statement because I have seen some really strange questions on Google. For example I have seen people rely on Google for severe questions such as if they should ask this girl to marry them or if they should send their brother to the hospital when he hit his head and was bleeding. People take the liberty to post inappropriate and absurd questions on Google, it is obvious that a lot of people are just simply wasting their time on Google instead of spending time on something more time worthy.
Nicholas Carr has given a critical statement and written an article on how Google is making humanity dumber. He is called a hypocrite by others on other posts and articles he has written however some of his statements are not so wrong either. Although harsh, there are some facts that have to be accepted by his readers. His fellow believers such as Doris Lessings also gives true but harsh statements on the matter of Google making humanity dumber. Her ways are old fashioned and invalid because seriously the times have changed and comparing the past and the present doesn’t work that well anymore. Nevertheless, Google making us skim and not read in depth is maybe true but does it matter? I don’t really care whether Google is making us lazy, stupid or what not. How bout the three “eggheads” above just use Google the way they want to which is not at all and anyone else who realizes or actually believes what they said can do the same the other people on the other can do whatever they want with it.
Google or not let the people make their own decision and I am sure that Nicholas and David have a Google tool bar on their computer. Doris on the other hand I think she is too old to even know how to use a computer and she is just jealous that others know how. So who seriously cares? If you want to use it then just do so and if you don’t then just… don’t.
