Stress Levels
Our performance and confidence can easily be affected by the amount of stress on our shoulders. While sleeping or relaxing, our consciousness wouldn’t be alert, so the stress levels would be low or not there at all. The performance we’d make would also be bad, since we’re not getting anything done. If we were awake and working, aware that the work depended on us to be finished, the amount of stress would increase. Even though stress would make us worried and nervous, it would also make us determined. The job would be done quickly, since we’d want the stress to be over as soon as possible.
Stress can encourage better performances, but an overload of stress can also bring negative results. Our feelings would be confused and unfocused, since we have too much on our minds. We would start panicking, because we imagine a huge pile of work we’d have to complete before the due date. This would lower performance levels, because our focus would be interrupted.

I really like how you clearly explain the levels of stress effect to the levels of performance. However, you said that stress will make us do our work, \’quickly\’. Does quickly always mean it\’s good? Over all, I really like your writing, because it\’s straight to the point.
Hi Ruby! I really like how you explained how stress can affect our results and performance. And I also agree that our performance can be easily affected by our stress and thoughts. Nice Work!
