How best might a student ‘Self monitor’?

An efficient way for us to monitor ourselves would be to make up a schedule for doing homework, and follow it according to the class and the amount of work we receive for each class. In Algebra, self monitoring would work best if we follow our progress templates when we do our homework. The templates should be updated on a regular basis to remind ourselves how much we’ve finished, and what we need help on, so it makes us concentrate on monitoring ourselves to stay on task.
