I think that William Warraghiyagey or Johnson, was a remarkable man because he was very modest and respected everyone. When William was poor and also a fur trader with the Indians, he never took advantages of the Indians like most of the white fur traders at that time. Even though he lived like a feudal Lord because of being very rich, he never took advantages of anyone. Not only is he kind and modest but he was also fierce in the battlefield. After winning the first war out of two, he was Knighted by the King. Even when he was old and was preparing for war against General Baron, he insisted on leading his own warriors to war instead of having him do it for him. I think almost all of his actions were sensible and the right thing to do.I think that William Johnson is a remarkable man and he deserves the title Sir.
