Economic Reflection

This is a reflection about my economic project. My project was about a fruit juice that had 3 kinds of different sets, apple, banana, and watermelon. The reason I chose this product of goods is because I thought goods could be more about giving stuff that people really like and want. The reason I chose the drinks is because they’re easy to make and people like to enjoy it when they need to cool them self down and it also gives you energy to do lots of things, and intead of giving sodas and other junk food drinks I made my drinks from fruits because it’s much healthier for people to drink.

In the market day I only earned $19 and I think I could’ve earned more because in the market day I didn’t really earn a lot, so I think I’ve get more attention to people who were at the market. I think I could’ve make a bigger poster, so people would more about my product.

Memoir

Eating Leftover Instant Noodles at Elevator
As my eyes opened, I saw the time on the clock. It was 7:30 am. I was going to be late for school. “NO! “ I shouted, “My dad didn’t wake me up.”

I quickly woke up my dad and he shouted “What?!” I asked him “How come you didn’t wake me up?” He didn’t say anything. I said “Please make me breakfast as fast as possible.” Then I rushed to the toilet to shower and brush me teeth as fast as I could. It was now 7:40. If I rushed, maybe I could make it to school on time.

I hurried to eat breakfast that my dad said. My dad had made instant noodles. I ate them as fast as I could…slurping them down in a few minutes. But I couldn’t finish them all because I don’t really like instant noodles.

I ran to the elevator and I saw my dad holding my plastic bowl of leftover instant noodles. He was eating them! I couldn’t believe that he would actually eat my noodles in the elevator. I was so embarrassed because there were a few people in there. I pretended I didn’t know him.

We drove quickly to school and when we arrived, I ran down the hall and raced up the stairs. I got to my class at exactly 8:00 am. I wasn’t late and my teacher didn’t even notice.

Back and Forth
“I don’t want to go back home by myself,” my friend said. He was new to this country and he was scared because he was afraid of thieves or whoever might be with him. I giggled. A few minutes later we both went to his place and when we got there, I asked him nicely if we could go back to my house because I was also scared of things that creep me out like the mirror.
That scared me a little because when I look at the mirror, it looked like there was a person in there, but there wasn’t really any, so I faced to a place where I couldn’t see my reflection. That’s the weird part. I walked across a lawn and when we got there I realized that is he wasn’t scared anymore of going back he looked like he was brave enough. When I opened the door to my house I sighed in relief that there wasn’t anything I should worry about anymore, just to be safe.

Poem-The Crashing Fluorescent Lamp light-
Boom! Boom! Bam!
Slam the Lamp!
Crash!
It fell down to the ground.
My mom screamed so loud.
Like she wasn’t proud.
She walked over to see
what was going on
She sighed and thought Oh my…
At least nobody got hurt.

Poem- Playing MineCraft on my Ipad-
First, I hit the start button.
I was holding my pick and breaking blocks that were rocks.
Ting! Ting! Ting!
It’s so fun!
That sounded like a drop of a ring.

Poem-Burning Leg at Cat Tien-
My leg was burned.
and I was so concerned.
I was so tired.
It felt like it’s dead that’s why it’s the color of red.
Ah, finally a place where I can stop.
Now I can sit on the top of the sidewalk.
