I love reading because it calms me down and relax me. I like reading certain books but all inspires and sparks my creativity and knowledge. Reading helps me learn new things because there are mostly any book for any subject or things. Reading is a big part of 5th grade for me because in math I have to read carefully to understand my questions and test. Science I have to read to get my experiments correctly. Book club really helps me as a reader because when I read I could combine my thoughts in my response. This year I and my classmates read the book House of the Scorpion, my favorite book I think for now.
